Writers on the Moon!
(Jan. 3, 2024 Ariel Sieling blog) If you’ve been following me for a few years, you might remember in January 2021, I was offered the opportunity to participate in a project called Writers On The Moon.

This new project is sending 125 self-published authors’ books to the moon.
(Jul. 28, 2021, Lit Hub) Writers who eschew traditional publishing methods have a variety of platforms from which to choose: Substack, Patreon, Blogspot, NFTs, and now, the moon.

Headed to the moon: Canton native's books going into space
(Mar. 7, 2021, The Repository, Canton, OH) A collection of Tina Glasneck's fantasy/Norse mythology novels will be downloaded on an SD card as part of "Writers on the Moon," a project in which the work of 125 authors will be deposited on the moon's surface in a time capsule transported by Astrobiotic Technology.

Local writer's work to be launched to the moon
(Feb. 27, 2021, The Daily Star, Oneonta, NY) Unadilla-based romance writer Cat Johnson is over the moon about her latest project. Johnson is one of 125 participants in Writers on the Moon, the brainchild of Chicago-based speculative fiction author Susan Kaye Quinn. A digital time capsule of contributors’ work is expected to land on the moon, at Lacus Mortis, in late 2021 as part of the inaugural launch of Astrobotic’s Peregrine lunar lander.

Dania Voss's WINDY CITY NIGHTS Series Joins Writers on the Moon Project
(Feb. 19, 2021, Broadway World) Voss's books will join Astrobotic's Peregrine Mission 1, launching this fall and landing on Lacus Mortis on the moon. Astrobotics is a space logistics company and an official NASA partner. This will be the first American moon landing since Apollo 17 in 1972.
